Traditionally prepared from sheep's milk on the island of Cyprus. The Gourmet Greek Halloumi is prepared with cow’s milk and is a firm, slightly springy white cheese which is delicious and uniquely grillable cheese.
We have may different flavors with our Halloumi, including Mint, Chilli, Garlic and Smoked!
Perfect Braai Companion
Simply choose your favorite flavor Gourmet Greek Halloumi, brush them lightly with olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice and braai on the grill for 5 to 10 minutes turning regularly.
When they are golden brown and a little charred on all sides you can know they are perfect and ready for eating!
