Chie (Black Brie)

A beautiful cheese, all the depth and flavour of a brie with a slight sweeter rind. A sprinkle of Activated Charcoal (Ash) adds another dimension to the aesthetics of the cheese.

Preparation

Eat it alone with fruit, nuts or bread. Bake it as is or with toppings like honey garlic nuts or rosemary.

Black Brie (Chie), is great for a celebration, so simple and easy to create your own white mould cheese cake.

 

Best served at room temperature.
